All 279 rooms and suites at Holiday Inn Munich - Leuchtenbergring are air-conditioned and non-smoking, with soundproofed windows, a work desk and a safe. Every room also has an iron and ironing board, a welcome bottle of water and complimentary coffee and tea, and a pillow menu is available on request.
Queen and Twin Standard rooms measure 20 to 22 square metres and courtyard and top-floor rooms 20 to 23 square metres, each for up to 2 guests. The suites measure 35 to 41 square metres for up to 3 guests, with a separate living area.
Connecting rooms are available on request and subject to availability. The hotel also has 3 barrier-free rooms and 2 allergy-friendly rooms, and guests with severe allergies can discuss their needs with the hotel before arrival.
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00, with a minimum check-in age of 18. The front desk is open 24 hours and speaks German and English. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested, subject to availability; charges may apply.
The day starts with a buffet in the breakfast restaurant, Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 10:30 and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 07:00 to 11:00, at 25 EUR per adult when it is not included in the rate. The buffet offers a wide choice, from hot dishes and healthy options to vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free choices, including Bavarian Weißwurst and pretzels.
In the evening, the Open Lobby Restaurant serves pizzas, paninis and light meals every day from 18:00 to 22:00. The Open Lobby Bar is open from 11:00 to 01:00, and in good weather a summer terrace opens for drinks outdoors. The To-Go Café serves Dallmayr coffee, and room service is available 24 hours a day.
The fitness centre is open from 06:30 to 22:00, with two treadmills, an elliptical machine, a stationary bicycle, a weight bench and dumbbells. Table tennis is free for guests, and bicycles can be hired in the Open Lobby for 15 EUR per day and e-bikes for 25 EUR per day. There is no swimming pool.
The underground garage has 121 spaces at 25 EUR per day, and spaces can be booked in advance through the parking partner Pair. Six spaces have EV charging at 40 EUR per day including unlimited charging, with technical details from the hotel on request, and the garage has 1 accessible parking space. A drop-off point is in front of the entrance, and buses can park in front of the hotel by arrangement, with availability and any charges confirmed by the hotel before arrival.
Up to two dogs are welcome for an additional charge, and the hotel asks guests to get in touch before arrival to say they are bringing their dogs and to confirm the cost. Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel, housekeeping is available on request, and a laundry service is available.
The main entrance is at street level without steps, the lifts are accessible, and the 3 barrier-free rooms measure 22 square metres, with turning space, grab handles and an accessible shower.
Under IHG Kids Stay and Eat Free, up to two children aged 17 and under stay free when sharing a room with up to two adults, within the maximum occupancy of the room. Children aged 12 and under eat free from the kids' menu when a registered adult guest orders a main course at full price.
